We have now submitted a reserved matters planning application to Peterborough City Council, which contains detailed proposals for the design, appearance, layout and landscaping of 80 new homes. The application has been validated and you can view all the supporting documentation on the City Council’s website using the reference 18/00377/REM.

This planning consent established the principle of residential development on the land, including the number of homes, amount of open space and point of access.
Following a public exhibition, held in February 2018 and attended by 130 people, at which we displayed our detailed plans for the design, appearance and layout of the homes, we have now submitted a reserved matters application to Peterborough City Council.
