Award winning Oldham estate agent, Ryder and Dutton has been appointed by Linden Homes North West as the selling agent for its St Augustine's development in Oldham.
St Augustine's will be situated on the former St Augustine’s School site on Grange Avenue. Just eight miles from the Peak District, the new homes will present first time buyers and growing families with a fantastic opportunity to live in a popular part of Greater Manchester.
Construction is due to start on site on the 54 properties this month, with a mixture of high quality three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes.
