Raising A Glass For A Good Cause - Developer Supports Village Beer Festival

Helping to toast a social date in the Killinghall community calendar – Linden Homes West Yorkshire is raising a glass to the village’s 2017 Beer Festival.

The house builder, which has recently opened the Cricketer’s View development at Killinghall, is sponsoring one of the kegs at the Festival on 30 September.

The event will be raising much-needed funds for the village hall, and as well as beer there will be a Prosecco Bar, entertainment and Indian street food.

Linden Homes West Yorkshire sales manager Pat Tennyson said: “We are delighted to be able to support such a popular social event for an equally worthy cause.

“With Linden Homes now having a presence in the village, this has been an ideal opportunity for us to show our support to the local community.”

Cricketers View (pictured) will comprise a selection of 62 homes. Phase 1 is made up of a stunning selection of three, four and five bedroom-detached homes, a number of which have been reserved from plan.

A show home is due to open at Cricketer’s View over the August Bank Holiday Weekend. The five-bedroom Greystoke house design will be the jewel in the crown of the development.
