Plans To Redevelop Land At Millbay Marina Submitted

Following consultation with local residents, community representatives and Plymouth City Council’s Planning Officers; Linden Homes has submitted a planning application to redevelop land at Millbay Marina village, Plymouth.

This exciting proposed development of 142 new apartments has been carefully designed to act as an architectural marker for both the Millbay area and the ocean city of Plymouth, and includes a landmark building on the pier as a gateway to Plymouth.  The proposals also include suitable parking provision for residents in accordance with the Council’s guidelines, a community hub and pedestrian access to the pier.

To understand local residents’ views and to receive feedback on the proposals, Linden Homes offered neighbouring residents and local stakeholders face-to-face meetings, and invited local residents and stakeholders to a public exhibition in December 2013.
