Having viewed the plans for their preferred property online, the family were among the first to reserve their new home during the early days of the development.
Steve explained: “As a family with two young boys, we felt that we were outgrowing our existing house. We saw the 'new development coming soon' sign at Newmillerdam and were eager to find out more.
“We know the area well as we often go for family bike rides and walks on the path that the development backs onto, as our previous house was only about a mile away from Kings Glade.”
The family was able to move relatively quickly, ensuring that - despite the odd box still to unpack – they will be well and truly settled in for Christmas.
