There are now just six elegant one bedroom Parkland apartments remaining at the Northfields development in Colchester. These apartments are so popular that 17 or the 23 have been sold off plan: The buyers were so keen to own these homes that they have put down a deposit based purely on what they’ve seen of architect’s plans and brochures.
Another element that may have had some sway in their decision to buy is the reputation of Linden Homes – and the product the company produces: Christie Alaimo has recently joined Linden Homes Eastern as the sales and marketing director:

Help to Buy is the popular Government backed equity scheme that enables buyers to purchase a new home with just 5% deposit and a 20% Government equity loan – a loan that can be repaid at any time within the first 25 years.
You provide the 5% deposit and your mortgage company lends you 75% of the value of the house, leaving 20%, which is the portion that the Government will lend to you - interest free - for five years.
