New Horndean Marketing Suite Reveals Inside Information About The New Linden Homes
18 Dec 2012

The eagerly awaited Old Brewery development in Horndean is now open to the public. Linden Homes has officially launched the site and opened the doors to the brand new marketing suite.

You can visit the suite, see models of the planned homes and pick up a brochure – and it is even possible to reserve one of the new homes now. (The first homes will be complete and ready to move into by the end of spring 2013.)

Because the building work is still at an early stage, Linden Homes has fitted out the marketing suite with examples of a kitchen and a bathroom, so prospective buyers can see for themselves, the renowned high specification of Linden Homes’ fixtures and fittings.

Phase one of the development will see the creation of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses in this busy Hampshire village. The homes are built on the site of the old Gale and Co. brewery which lies at the centre of the village close to the library, post office, convenience stores and several pubs.

The village of Horndean was originally established as a staging post because of its convenient position between Portsmouth and London. Today the nearby A3 continues to link Portsmouth, Southampton and the capital, while the local railway station at Rowland’s Castle (two miles away) provides direct train links to London Waterloo.

As part of its overall development in Horndean, Linden Homes is repairing and restoring the old Gale and Co. tower – the focus of this thriving community for 150 years,  and the first thing you see as you drive down the hill into the village centre.

Linden Homes’ sales and marketing director Mark Docherty says there is already considerable interest in this development:

“I think these homes are eagerly anticipated, so it’s very exciting to be able to open the marketing suite. The show home is still in the process of being built, so we’ve decided to show off our bathroom and kitchen fittings in the suite now. Visitors can come along and see the specification for themselves – it should give them a lot of confidence, if they’re thinking of reserving a home, to know that these important parts of their new property are of such a high standard.”
