Linden Homes is launching an exciting development of 350 new homes, off Tithebarn Lane in Exeter.

Not only does this ensure energy bills are lower than traditional heating systems but it’s more environmentally friendly and means each home benefits from a fully maintained and serviced interface unit for the lifetime of the scheme, supported by a team of locally based engineers.
Across the entire development, it is estimated that this new system will provide 7,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide savings per year – or the equivalent of removing 2,500 cars from the road.
Each property will also include increased levels of insulation to ensure heat loss is kept to a minimum, cycle storage and where the layout permits, a room that can easily be set up as a home office to provide flexible living and improve a home/work balance. Additionally, responsibly sourced materials will be used wherever possible.
