Work has begun on clearing the site of what is to become a brand new housing development in Northamptonshire.
Linden Homes Midlands have been granted planning permission for the 139 home project on Northampton Road in Brackley.
A selection of two, three and four carefully designed homes will transform the former sawmills location, presenting a choice of new housing for everyone from first time buyers and families.
And the development’s close proximity to busy centres like Northampton and Milton Keynes by road makes it a perfect commutable location, ideal for busy professionals.
Maintaining links with the history of the site, the development will be called Carpenter’s Place.
Prices for the homes have yet to be released but it is expected that the development will be launched in Summer 2015.
Linden Homes has already announced plans to build at two other locations in Northamptonshire; Higham Ferrers and Burton Latimer.
