Local House Hunters To Buy Off Plan At Saffron View Preview

Saffron Walden house hunters are being offered the opportunity to buy off-plan at the area’s largest new housing development, Saffron View, ahead of the site’s official completion.

After announcing its role in the development earlier this year, Linden Homes Eastern has organised a preview launch at its nearby Thaxted site, Meadow Gardens, while work on the 200 homes off Radwinter Road continues.

Buyers will be able view the Meadow Gardens show home, which will provide a vivid impression of a property at Saffron View, along with a guided tour led by the sales team. A selection of the Saffron Walden homes are now being sold off-plan from the Meadow Gardens marketing suite until buyers are able to view homes at Saffron View.

There will be four two beds, 32 three beds, 66 four beds and 18 five beds for sale at Saffron Walden, with a mix of 11 of the four and five bed homes available to house hunters in the first release from this new development.

New residents at Saffron View will be able to benefit from the rural surroundings, whilst living a commutable distance from London thanks to excellent transport links. The development is just two miles from Audley End train station with direct services to London Liverpool Street. All three of Linden Homes’ exclusive financial incentives will also be available on selected properties.

The Part Exchange scheme sees Linden Homes become their customers’ guaranteed cash buyer, while the Assisted Move option means Linden Homes will handle all correspondence with the estate agents and will pay the estate agents’ fees.

  • 10-year National House Building Council (NHBC) protection
