Linden Homes' Vision For Froyle Park Unveiled At Exclusive Event
04 Aug 2014

Plans for Linden Homes’ highly anticipated new collection of homes in Upper Froyle, Hampshire were unveiled to an audience of around 80 guests at an exclusive information evening.

The invitation-only event on Thursday 24th July, 2014 was hosted at the village’s newly renovated Froyle Park Manor House, which nestles alongside the site where the new high quality homes are being delivered.

It was the moment before going on the market in September when the full vision was unveiled to interested buyers. It included the chance to see more about the development and to ask questions.

Froyle Park is an exclusive mix of new and refurbished homes ranging from stylish two and three-bedroom terraced homes to prestigious four and five-bedroom detached properties with large gardens.

The select village-style development features at its heart the sensitive refurbishment of Burnham House into homes. There will also be a local shop and a series of green open spaces, including a large meadow at the south of the site.

Linden Homes Guildford sales and marketing director, Natalie Flint, said: “We were delighted with the turnout. It showed very clearly how much enthusiasm there is for these new high quality homes being built at Froyle Park.

“We’re advising people to register with us on our website to keep up with the latest news. It won’t be long until the homes at Froyle Park are on the market. The indication is they are already very popular!

“I think what has caught the interest so much is the perfect mix of quality homes, beautiful location and convenient connections. It offers the balanced lifestyle that so many people are looking for.”

Froyle Park lies within the Froyle Conservation Area and the homes’ design carefully echoes Hampshire’s traditional rural architecture with emphasis on red brick and plain clay tiles.

Upper Froyle itself is a quintessentially English country village, steeped in history and surrounded by the rolling hills of the stunning Hampshire countryside.

To the north lies Basingstoke and Reading, with their shopping and dining options; to the south is the glorious South Downs National Park.

The homes are likely to attract intense interest from buyers thanks to their quality and location, with quick access to the A31 and proximity to Alton train station with direct services to London Waterloo in just under an hour and 10 minutes.
