Linden Homes North West will host an Assisted Move weekend in Oldham on September 30th, giving house hunters a helping hand with selling their current homes and moving in to a brand-new property.
The event will take place at the housebuilder’s St Augustine’s development, a 54-home scheme that features a mix of high quality three-bedroom mews, three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached new homes.
Families and individuals will get the chance to find out more about the Assisted Move Scheme, which removes marketing fees and estate agent costs and makes selling your home quick and simple.
For those who choose to sign up to the scheme, Linden Homes’ Assisted Move partners, Property Perspective, will arrange an independent valuation of your current home and agree a marketing price. The Property Perspective team will then directly liaise with estate agents to sell your home within a pre-agreed timescale, and once a sale is agreed, your Linden Homes property will be reserved.
By taking advantage of the Assisted Move Scheme, your current home can be valued, and on the market, within the space of just one week.
St Augustine’s boasts an excellent location in a popular part of Greater Manchester, situated just eight miles from the natural beauty of the Peak District and within easy access of the city centre.
Mr Leo Liu, an education consultant who recently purchase a brand-new home at Linden Homes North West’s New Brunswick development through the Assisted Move Scheme, said: “From the moment we signed up to the scheme we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
