If you’ve been looking for the perfect family-friendly home of your dreams – with brand new kitchen, spacious rooms, ensuite and generous garden - the search is over in Higham Ferrers.
Linden Homes Midlands has released its final four-bedroom homes at the popular Bishop’s Grange development, where a collection of 166 new two, three, four and five-bedroom properties are being built.
The already established development now has a selection of four-bedroom designs available, marking a final chance to buy a four-bed property at the site.
And by reserving now, there is a chance to curb the cost of moving if you have an existing property to sell.
Part Exchange is a popular scheme allowing buyers to reserve their new home and Linden Homes becomes their guaranteed buyer.
If you are a homeowner and are eligible for part exchange, here’s how it works:
Linden Homes will arrange for at least two independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions.
Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your cash buyer, freeing you up to place your reservation on your new home.
Stay in your old home until your new one is ready to move in to.
After that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things, and basking in the relief of a quick chain-free move to the home of your dreams.
Assisted Move works in a similar way – customers can reserve their new home, with Linden Homes instructing agents on their behalf to secure a sale within an agreed time frame. This scheme can also be used in conjunction with Help to Buy – the Government-backed incentive where a minimum five per cent deposit is required.
Bishops Grange is perfectly positioned within walking distance of the Higham Ferrers town centre and its many amenities. Northampton and Bedford are around half an hour’s drive away, making it a great location for commuters.
The sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday from 10.30am until 5pm.
