Help To Buy Event At White Rock

Linden Homes is helping homebuyers by holding a special Help to Buy event at its new White Rock development in Paignton on Saturday 26th September.

Designed to assist first time buyers and existing homeowners, Help to Buy is a Government backed equity scheme available on any property at White Rock. It enables homebuyers to purchase a new home with just 5% deposit and a 20% Government equity loan.

At the event visitors will be able to discover how the scheme can help them move and an independent financial adviser will be able to provide advice.
