Linden Homes is helping homebuyers by holding a special Help to Buy event at The Orchards development in Thornbury on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th February from 10am to 5pm.
Designed to assist first time buyers and existing homeowners, Help to Buy is a Government backed scheme that applies to any new build property up to the value of £600,000. It enables homebuyers to purchase a new home with just five per cent deposit and a 20 per cent Government loan.
The Orchards will feature a beautiful collection of three, four and five bedroom homes, just 12 miles north of Bristol in Thornbury. There are currently detached houses available, including stunning four bedroom homes and five bedroom homes.

It’s a fantastic scheme and can help buyers afford the space they really need.”
