First Homes Completed At Cannock Development

The first homes have been completed at a new development in Cannock.

Linden Homes has just completed construction work on the first properties at the Chenet Chase development, off Lakeside Boulevard, where the first residents have recently moved in.

When completed, Chenet Chase will comprise 111 new homes for sale – ranging in size from two to four-bedrooms – with public open space.

Linden Homes recently opened a three-bedroom showhome at the development, and a four-bedroom viewhome is now open for viewings.

The development has been named in recognition of Cannock’s past – Chenet is the old name for the town – and its close proximity to Cannock Chase.

Linda Huntington, Head of Sales at Linden Homes West Midlands, said: “Our new Chenet Chase development is really starting to take shape now and we are happy to report that construction work is now complete on the first homes.

“There is a strong demand for new homes in this area, particularly from young people looking to get on the housing ladder, and a number of our buyers have used the government’s Help to Buy scheme to secure their new home.

“Our showhome has proved very popular with visitors, and our four-bedroom viewhome is now open for viewings, so there is plenty for visitors to see at Chenet Chase.

“We recently welcomed the first residents to their homes and would encourage others who aspire to own their own home to visit our marketing suite to find out more.”

Linden Homes is building a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes for sale at Chenet Chase.
