Final Chance To Part Exchange Your Way To A New Family Home In The New Year

If a new home is on your wish list for the New Year – there is a final chance to part exchange your way to a dream property in Higham Ferrers.

Linden Homes Midlands’ popular Bishop’s Grange development has four family homes remaining - built in a range of modern designs, taking into account today’s lifestyle needs and requirements - for sale, all of which are available to view and ready to move into.

However, if being unable to sell an existing property has been holding back your chances of buying to a new one, part exchange could see you celebrating the start of 2018.

And to help you on your way, the development is staging at Part Exchange event on Saturday December 2 from 10.30am until 5pm – when the experts will be on hand to guide customers through the process.

A dream family home, with spacious rooms, gleaming new kitchen and a garden for alfresco dining could be yours in a matter of weeks.

If you are a homeowner and are eligible for part exchange, here’s how it works:

Linden Homes will arrange for at least two independent valuations of your existing home and will make you an offer based on their suggestions.

Once you agree the offer, and subject to satisfactory surveys, Linden Homes becomes your cash buyer, freeing you up to place your reservation on your new home.

Stay in your old home until your new one is ready to move in to.

After that, it's a case of setting a moving-in date, boxing up your things, and basking in the relief of a quick chain-free move to the home of your dreams.

Bishop’s Grange located off Gardenfield and Wharf Road, conveniently situated close to local amenities, open countryside and the region’s major towns.

The sales and marketing suite is open from Thursday to Monday from 10.30am until 5pm. Alternatively contact the sales team on 01933 201369.
