Exclusive Open Day For Hackney House Hunters
26 Apr 2017

Linden Homes Eastern is offering potential purchasers a first look at its only Hackney development, King Edwards, with an exclusive open day on Saturday 22nd April.

The invitation-only event will provide a sneak preview of the brand new development to its registered database, ahead of the show home launch later this year.

Interested buyers will get the chance to speak to the Linden Homes Eastern sales team, and have any questions answered before purchasing a property.
Several of the properties are available via Help to Buy London, providing a leg-up on to the capital’s competitive property ladder. Buyers require a minimum deposit of just 5%, along with a 40% government loan and a 55% mortgage, to secure selected King Edwards apartments.

After acquiring the site as a parcel of land that had been disused since the 1990s, Linden Homes has transformed King Edwards into a mix of 17 one, two and three bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom duplex houses.

The homes are conveniently located in East London, only half a mile from London Fields, Cambridge Heath and Hackney Central train stations.

Nearby is also the prestigious Columbia Road flower market, Victoria Park and London Fields, with its heated 50 metre pool and lido.

Roseanne Bullen, Linden Homes Eastern’s sales and marketing manager, commented: “You really need to see these homes to fully appreciate the excellent location and layout, so we’re excited to finally unveil them at our open day on the 22nd.

“The only way to secure a place at the event is by registering online – those interested will then be sent a personal invitation confirming their place.

“As many of the properties are available on Help to Buy and come in a range of sizes and styles, King Edwards appeals to a real mix of buyers. The development is on a road without any thoroughfare traffic, so offers an unusually peaceful lifestyle considering its location in East London.”

Demand for the homes is already extremely high after the first phase of properties were bought off-plan last October.

King Edwards is part of Hackney Council and one of London’s largest 18-site estate regeneration programmes. The project will deliver more than 3,000 new properties in total, with more than half available for social rent and shared ownership.
