Linden Homes is launching its exciting new Camomile Lawn development in Totnes this weekend.
The sales and marketing suite will be open from 10am on Saturday 14th February for visitors to view the plans, collect a brochure and reserve a new home.
Camomile Lawn will feature a range of stunning two, three and four bedroom new properties on a 19 acre site located near Totnes town centre, close to the River Dart with footpaths down to the riverbank and with stunning views of Totnes castle.
Totnes is a historic market town in the South Devon Area of Outstanding National Beauty and boasts a wealth of amenities including a railway station, good schools, shops, restaurants and a vibrant art scene.
Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes said: “The development boasts amazing views over the market town, including Totnes castle. We’re delighted to be creating new homes in Totnes and have received fantastic interest already.
“The development has been named after the novel ‘The Camomile Lawn’ written by Mary Wesley CBE, who lived in Totnes before she passed away in 2002. We love that the marketing name pays homage to Mary Wesley’s popular novel, especially as she was such a key figure in Totnes.”
‘The Camomile Lawn’ (1984) was turned into a television series, and follows the intertwining lives of three families in rural England during World War II.
The company will be releasing two, three and five bedroom homes in the first phase.
