Linden Homes Midlands is celebrating early sales at its new Brampton Park development as it expands its property portfolio in Huntingdonshire.
Interest in the 239 home development has been growing since a recent pre-launch event for potential purchasers at the Brampton Park Golf Club.
A number of off-plan reservations have been received from savvy customers ahead of the official launch of the development later this autumn.
The homes will be built on former RAF Brampton land, as part of a consortium development for the area. Linden Homes Midlands will be the first of the developers to be present at the site, and the first phase of new 109 homes available will be a selection of three, four and five-bedroom properties – built on the RAF base land.
Many of the design aspects will be in keeping with the local area, including coloured sash windows, plinths, render and other details which Linden Homes say will reflect the history, characteristics, listed building and mature landscape surrounding the site.
The aim is to create a natural and peaceful environment for the local community of new residents at Brampton Park.
