Development Will Bring 55 New Homes To Gnosall

The doors have been opened to a new homes development in Gnosall.

Linden Homes is building 55 new homes at The Hollies, its development off Knightley Road.

The Hollies will comprise a mix of four and five-bedroom homes, with a play area to the north of the site, and the first residents are set to move into their homes there in the summer.

Linda Huntington, Head of Sales for Linden Homes West Midlands, said: “Gnosall is a lovely village with plenty of character, and the feedback we’ve had so far at The Hollies shows us that there is a real need for homes locally.

“We have met a lot of people who live in the village and are looking for a new house, but don’t want to leave Gnosall.

“Our visitors have also included people from further afield who are looking for a good place to settle which is close to Stafford.

“This demonstrates to us the need for additional housing in Gnosall, and we are proud to be bringing quality new homes to the area.

Organisations including Gnosall Parish Council and local businesses were represented at the recent opening of Linden Homes’ new showhome, which is adjacent to its marketing suite at The Hollies.

The developer has designed its homes at The Hollies to complement the existing homes in Gnosall, choosing building materials which are compatible with the traditional village setting.

House designs at The Hollies have been named after various hollies and ivies, including the Inkberry and Winterberry.
