Linden Homes Midlands is organising its seasonal Meet the Neighbours event in early December at two of its busy Bedfordshire developments.
Festive refreshments will be on offer to new residents and customers poised to move in at both the Portfolio development (pictured) in Great Denham and at St Andrews at Kings Field in Biddenham – where a number of homes have been sold from plan during recent weeks.
Linden Homes Midlands sales manager Karen Stockwell said: “Invitations have been sent to our valued customers as a thank you to them for choosing Linden Homes, as well as giving existing and soon-to-be neighbours the chance to meet in a relaxed and informal environment.
“Often people wait until they move in or are several weeks / months down the line and haven’t met their neighbours. These events are a great ice breaker – and what better than to use the Christmas run up as a time to celebrate?”
