Rugby players looking to continue to build on the game’s sporting prowess associated with Northamptonshire have received a sporting boost from Linden Homes Midlands.
Celebrating a sponsorship deal from the award-winning developer, which includes an attractive new strip, is the Brackley 1st XV rugby team.
Brackley RUFC is a family orientated club formed in 1976 to address the growing need for Rugby Union Football in the town.
The club offers opportunities to players ranging in age from under 6 to seniors, fielding two senior sides, a veterans (Over 35’s) side and play host to a thriving youth section.
Andrew Jones, Brackley RUFC commercial manager said: “This is wonderful gesture by Linden Homes and really does make a huge difference to the club, which is at the heart of rugby locally for so many people of all ages. It is fantastic to have the support of a new developer in the town and I hope this is the beginning of a long partnership”
The sponsorship is part of Linden Homes Midlands’ ongoing commitment to supporting local communities, and follows a recent sponsorship of the Brackley Cricket Club junior team.
