• Take the A38 and leave at the exit for the A383 (signposted Newton Abbot). Continue on Ashburton Road A383 for around 4 miles. At the Dyrons Junction roundabout take the second exit into Exeter Road A382 (signposted Town Centre). At the traffic lights turn right into Bradley Lane, go straight through the traffic lights near ASDA, at the next traffic lights turn left onto Newfoundland Way A381 (signposted Torquay) after approximately half a mile. Turn right into Church Road, then right into Coach Road. Immediately turn left into Decoy Road and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit into Kingskerswell Road. Refer to Newton Abbot *
