Linden Homes

Over 95% of our homes are built on brown land

Our commitment to regenerating disused land and buildings means that over 95 percent of our developments are created on recycled brown land, adding value to local communities and also to the environment.

Brownfield sites such as former garages, public houses and post offices, are often well located within established neighbourhoods. This not only presents convenience to our new customers but also provides more pleasant surroundings for the existing local residents to live in.

Our approach to local communities

We have a flexible and imaginative attitude towards land acquisitions, which has earned us a reputation for understanding the needs of the local environment, communities and authorities.

Where a development will have significant economic and social impact on a community, we carry out Community Planning events, followed by discussions with the authorities, in order to produce workable schemes that reflect the visions of the local residents.

More brownfield opportunities required for new homes. Please contact our regional Land Directors using the details on the right.
