Youngsters playing for Fairford Town Youth FC celebrated starting their season in the red this year – with bright new strips sponsored by our Thames Valley region.
As well as helping to kit out the under-8 side, who play at the club’s Horoll Road ground, in Fairford, we’ve also got involved through our sales and marketing director, Steve Garton, who is the team’s coach.
The youngsters represent their club in the North Wiltshire football league. The sponsorship from Linden Homes helps to free up funding for maintaining the ground and other vital spending.
Fairford Town Club chairman Tony Warrington said: “The youngsters look very smart in their new kit, which is a great help to the club. We work very hard to give the youngsters the opportunity to play and I’d like to thank Linden Homes for their support.”
Steve Garton added: “My son plays for Fairford Town Youth FC so I know first-hand the great work they do for children in the area. We were very happy to help – as a company, we like to get involved with communities in ways that go beyond the building site.”
Linden Homes has contributed over £9.7 million towards leisure, sport and other public facilities in the UK since 2010.
All of our toilets have a modern dual flush facility to conserve water usage.
