Top employee wins inaugural quarterly award

Employee of the quarter: customer care coordinator Leanne Poingdestre

Employee of the quarter: customer care coordinator Leanne Poingdestre

The first winner of our Guildford region’s inaugural employee’s award has gone to Leanne Poingdestre.

Leanne works as one of our customer care coordinators and was rewarded with a £100 John Lewis voucher for her efforts between January and March.

The Employee of the Quarter was suggested by our team as a regular way of recognising those who go above and beyond the call of duty to support their colleagues or look after our customers.

Leanne’s performance was notable for her problem-solving attitude, proactive work and willingness to take on responsibility.

Peter Youll, managing director at Linden Homes Guildford, said: “I’d like to congratulate Leanne on being our first Employee of the Quarter – and thank her for her efforts. It’s a great way for our team to start this regular award.”
