Gold standard: a customer survey show how pleased they were with our service

Our Guildford region had twin reasons to celebrate this month as it marked its two-year anniversary by picking up gold in a prestigious customer satisfaction survey.

The region has had a highly successful two years since it opened its offices in 2011: showcase developments include Boxgrove Gardens in the town, which was honoured by a joint visit from the prime minister and deputy prime minister in 2012.

Now the thriving company has also been awarded the In-House Research Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction for the second year running after a national survey to discover what customers really think about the housebuilding industry.

The national telephone questionnaire by In-House Research found that Linden Homes Guildford was one of the top performers among people asked simply whether they would recommend the company based on their experience.

Linden Homes Guildford managing director Peter Youll said: “This is a great achievement that is made even better because it’s effectively an award that has comes direct from our satisfied customers.

“This prestigious status is the result of a lot of hard work and dedication across the entire team and I congratulate them all. Now we have to make sure we build on this gold standard to try to become even better.”
