Thousands of people flocked to our zero-carbon Graylingwell Park development in Chichester to enjoy a sun-drenched garden party.
This is the fourth time our Guildford region has helped stage this hugely popular event at Havenstoke Park. This year there was Zumba dance, Crazy quads, a climbing wall, a bouncy castle and a display of snakes, parrots and tarantulas!
There was also a rock choir performance and a dog show, while local radio station Spirit FM was on location broadcasting live. More than £4,000 was raised for Chichester District Scouts and various other charities in the town.
The party was sponsored by the Graylingwell Park Partnership: Linden Homes, Affinity Sutton and the Homes and Communities Agency. It was organised by the Chichester Community Development Trust, Chichester District Council and the Chichester District Scout Groups.
Linden Homes Guildford sales director Natalie Flint said: “Our work with the community in Chichester is extremely important to us at the partnership and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to Havenstoke Park next year.”
Set within 85 acres of parkland, Graylingwell Park is the UK’s largest carbon-neutral development of high quality, energy-efficient homes, with striking architectural design and contemporary interiors.
Linden Homes has contributed over £12.8 million towards outdoor open areas throughout the UK since 2010.
