For dedicated househunters, memories of even the most beautifully presented show homes can blend into another – but not at our Orchid development in Oakham, Rutland.
Younger visitors there in particular are discovering the purr-fect addition to a kid’s bedroom: decorations themed with the popular children’s cartoon character Hello Kitty, complete with cushions and wall mural.
Our Midlands region created a playful backdrop of pink and white to give inspiration and a friendly feel to the family property.
Linden Homes sales executive Eileen Irwin said: “Everyone who takes a look around the show home comments on what has become known as the ‘Hello Kitty’ room! It certainly provides a talking point among our more discerning younger visitors.”
Themed rooms are becoming increasingly popular. At our Bluebell development at Bingham one of the show homes’ rooms is dedicated to children’s author Roald Dahl, with hand-drawn images from the popular tale James and the Giant Peach.
Linden Homes has contributed over £1.2 million to health care services in the UK since 2010.
All waste plasterboard is recycled and used in the manufacture of new plasterboard products.
