For the second awards in a row we have been shortlisted as Housebuilder of the Year by Building magazine.
We won the title in 2012 and now we are again in the running against three others to reclaim the prestigious national accolade. Our be: Newhall development is is also up for Housing Project of the Year.
The awards are a big event in the housebuilding industry’s calendar. They celebrate the most innovative performers throughout the construction sector and are attended by senior-level director and chief executives.
The winners will be announced at a black tie ceremony on April 18th at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London. This year will be extra special as it is Building magazine’s 170th year.

“Being shortlisted by itself is high praise for all the teams across the country who are working so hard to deliver an excellent service to customers. It’s going to be tough to win it two years in a row, but we’ll be there at the awards with our fingers crossed!”
All waste plasterboard is recycled and used in the manufacture of new plasterboard products.
