Prize-winners ranged from six to 63-years-old as the results of the Bourton-on-the-Water photo competition run by our Thames Valley region were revealed.
More than 100 entries were submitted by local residents after we challenged the community to send in pictures celebrating their beautiful Cotswolds village.
As well as a combined £875 of prize money, the contestants were vying for the honour of their images being displayed at the sales suite of the new Honeystones development, on the edge of Bourton-on-the-Water.
Steve Garton, Linden Homes Thames Valley sales and marketing director, was one of the judges. He said: “We asked local residents to celebrate their community – and they couldn’t have done a better job showing off what a wonderful place it is to live. Congratulations to all the entrants.
“The variety, affection and interest in the entries was so impressive; from young children to older people who have enjoyed living here for years. The pictures will make very fitting additions to our sales suite at Honeystones.”
Certificates and awards were presented on Thursday November 26th at Honeystones, a collection of high qualitythree, four and five-bedroom houses in Bourton-on-the-Water.
Our insulation process includes blowing insulation into cavity walls, which means our homes are better insulated because there are less air gaps.
All of our toilets have a modern dual flush facility to conserve water usage.
