Neighbours receive a tasty festive thank you

Our North region gave a festive treat to neighbours of a new homes development in York as a thank you for their patience during building work.

Five residents living close to our popular Greenacre Paddock development were each presented by sales manager Julie Hubbard with a hamper filled with Christmas goodies.

The gifts were a token of our gratitude to the residents for their patience during construction work at the development, which is due for imminent completion.

Julie said: “As the development is very close to these existing residents and their homes, we wanted to say a massive thank you to them for any inconvenience which the building work and traffic may have caused them during the past few months.

“We hope the hampers will be enjoyed by the residents and their families this Christmas.”

Work on the desirable cul-de-sac development at Westview Close began in May this year, with more than half the number of homes snapped up from plan within the first few months of being released.

All of our toilets have a modern dual flush facility to conserve water usage.

The blocks we use to build your home are the most energy efficient available and 80% of material within the blocks is recycled material - this saves heat loss from our homes and thus reduces CO2 emissions.
