We’re helping to improve the reputation of building sites after winning another medal under the Considerate Constructors’ Scheme.

Our South West region picked up a silver gong in National Site Awards 2015 for the professional work of its team at The Copse at Ogwell Brook, Newton Abbot.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme, of which Linden Homes is a member, includes a pledge to lessen the impact of construction on the surrounding communities and environment by being respectful and accountable, and running tidy and safe sites.

Robin Palmer, Linden Homes’ senior site manager at The Copse, worked with assistant site manager Mike Pugh and his team to ensure the development meets the scheme’s high standards.

Nigel Palmer, managing director of Linden Homes South West, said: “We are absolutely thrilled that we’ve won an award and that’s testament to Robin, Mike and the team’s hard work and commitment.

“Winning a national award is an exceptional achievement, and recognises those sites that have made the greatest contribution towards improving the image of construction.”
