The town of Totton, in Hampshire, got a boost for its year of celebrations when our southern region added money to its funding pot.
We handed over £360 towards paying for the community’s parties and events to mark the Queen’s diamond jubilee and the Olympics.
We are currently working on two developments in the town – Brunswick Park and The Mallards – which included building a new cricket pavilion and football pitches, so we were determined to continue playing our part in local life.
Linden Homes Southern managing director Matt Paine said: “Our regional office is in Totton so we wanted to help the community do justice to joining in a year of celebrations being held right across the country.
“With two prestigious developments underway in Totton, we appreciate our responsibility to the town is not just limited to investing in bricks and mortar, but is also to the people who live there.”
Linden Homes has contributed over £30.7 million to highways, transport systems and infrastructure throughout the UK since 2010.
Our insulation process includes blowing insulation into cavity walls, which means our homes are better insulated because there are less air gaps.
