Get together: Plymouth business people viewed the properties and had the chance to chat over canapés

Business people from Plymouth had a chance to network at a lunchtime event hosted by our South West region at its Beechfield Grove development.

A gathering of more than 45 visited the exclusive collection of homes where they viewed some of the completed properties and enjoyed canapés from Plymouth’s BED event catering company.

Beechfield Grove is located between Hartley, Mannamead and Peverell. Plymouth's range of amenities are nearby, which include good schools, a university, Drake Circus shopping centre, an aquarium, theatres, museums and art galleries, shops, bars and restaurants.

Brian Deacon, sales and marketing director for Linden Homes South West, said: “The event was well-received; it was great to show everyone around Beechfield Grove and sample the delicious canapés.

“The homes are really light and spacious and you don’t appreciate how good the layouts are until you visit. Each house has been built to a very high specification, featuring integrated kitchens with appliances included; the attention to detail is fantastic.”

The boilers heating our houses are some of the most efficient available, saving you money and minimising CO2 emissions.

Our insulation process includes blowing insulation into cavity walls, which means our homes are better insulated because there are less air gaps.
