We threw some bangers and burgers on the barbecue to celebrate the culmination of our North region’s Dunelm Farm development in Yorkshire.
The last home was recently sold there and its residents got together to throw a party to mark the coming-of-age of this new neighbourhood in Riccall.
Households got the chance to get to know watch other better and enjoy some tasty barbecue fare. It was also an opportunity for Linden Homes to say goodbye to the site after its sales office closed its doors for the last time.
The event was organised by resident Mike Marley, with the community inviting Linden Homes sales manager Sarah Procter along for a chat and bite to eat.
Sarah said: “There is a real sense of community at the development and we were delighted to be able to contribute to a wonderful event.
“Our Dunelm Farm development has been hugely successful and we will be sorry to say goodbye to our valued residents.”
