Welcome to Copperfields, traditionally styled family homes in North Yorkshire created by Linden Homes.
Copperfields is a collection of traditionally inspired family homes ideally situated in the popular market town of Malton. This is an opportunity to experience the perfect blend of traditional architectural styling with the benefits of a brand new home.
Nestled on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, in some of the area’s most beautiful countryside, is the rural market town of Malton.
Prosperous and thriving, Malton is perfectly situated between the cultural city of York and the popular seaside town of Scarborough. Well placed with its many amenities, school, cafés and shops, the town is an ideal location for commuters wanting that feel of country living, with the Howardian Hills to the west, while being close to surrounding major centres.
Built around its famous local produce, and monthly food market, Malton is making a name for itself as a food town; as well as a growing artisan community of products made locally.
As a gateway to the Wolds, Malton is a popular choice with walkers and tourists – and among many, it has become known as the ‘Food Capital of Yorkshire’. With its monthly food market, Malton Cookery School and the famous Talbot Hotel, it is little wonder that the town is also popular with growers, producers – and has also attracted internationally famous chefs and food writers.

Malton is the local area’s commercial and retail centre, with small traditional independent shops and high street names sitting comfortably alongside the market place – with its reputation as friendly and convenient meeting area, with a number of coffee bars and cafés opening all day to complement the public houses.
With its own bus station and railway station, and excellent surrounding road network, Malton is conveniently placed for those who want to travel a little further afield.
York is around 18 miles away to the South West along the A64 – and the coastal resort of Scarborough in less than half an hour in the opposite direction. A Northern train service operates to the Spa town of Harrogate, home of the famous Great Yorkshire Show and renowned tearooms. By car, it is just over an hour’s drive away.
