The Brunswick Regeneration PFI is collectively known as S4B, and is a consortium of companies put together specifically for the expertise and local knowledge they can bring to this scheme.
Combining government funding and private investment with expertise in development and housing, S4B will be responsible for revitalising Brunswick and managing the neighbourhood, including housing services for the next 25 years.
