Each Kitchen is completed with an integrated double oven, chrome hood, ceramic hob, tall fridge/freezer and dishwasher, while Roca sanitaryware has been selected for the bathrooms, en-suites and cloakrooms which include thermostatic shower mixers, folding shower screens, feature mirrors, chrome dual-fuel ladder towel rails (excluding cloakrooms) and contemporary brassware.

Not only that but kitchens and bathrooms and en-suites include a choice* of contemporary floor tiles whilst wall tiling choices* with feature panels are available to full height around baths and shower enclosures and to half height on walls with sanitaryware fitted.
