There is wiring for a home entertainment system - the system can be provided as an optional extra. Burglar alarms can be provided tohomes as an optional extra.
INTERNAL FINISH
Internal doors are white with chrome door furniture. Fitted wardrobes are provided to the master bedrooms of the Villas and Courtyard homes. The walls and ceilings are painted white throughout with matching skirting.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY & HEATING
The majority of lighting is low voltage/low energy, both internally and externally and A-rated appliances are fitted throughout. Homes are fitted with an efficient gas boiler. Underfloor central heating is provided to the ground floor of the Villa and Courtyard homes,with radiators to bedrooms. The Apartmentsbenefit fromgas central heating with radiators. The large glazed areas allow natural light and heat into the home.
NHBC
Each home will be independently surveyed during construction by The National House-Building Council, who will issue their 10-year warranty certificate on completion of the homes.
