Totnes railway station (1 mile) offers regular mainline services to London Paddington (3 hours), plus regular trains to Exeter and Plymouth, both in less than half an hour. By road, the A38 south west trunk road is 5.6 miles away, while the M5 motorway at Exeter is 25 miles away. At around a 30 minute drive away, Follaton Oak is an ideal location for new homes.

Totnes is a fantastic place to relax, being a nationally famous centre for not only the arts, theatre and music, but also for natural health and alternative medicines. It has a noble history, with a castle dating from Saxon times defending the River Dart estuary.
