The main A30 is ten minutes away offering an easy drive to Truro (13 miles), Falmouth (13.9 miles) and Penzance (17.6 miles). The nearest railway station at Camborne (4 miles) offers services to Exeter in just over 2 hours. The nearest airport, in Newquay, is 29 miles away. The M5 motorway (J31) is approximately 90 miles, and a few miles further, Exeter International airport.

The main appeal of living at Tregea Parc is the outdoor life – with fantastic walks along the famous coast, as well as Tehidy Country Park which also holds outdoor theatre performances throughout the year.
