CMYK, St George

Cool, calm and collected at CMYK
At CMYK, we have built 27 contemporary and futuristic 2 bedroom apartments in a uniquely styled development that’s just a couple of miles from the beating heart of Bristol. Here we have created a wide range of homes, in a variety of layouts, so there’s bound to be one here to suit you and your lifestyle.
When designing CMYK we started with a blank canvas. Now it’s your turn to make one of these stunning homes your very own blank canvas. So come and paint your perfect picture... at CMYK it’s sure to be a masterpiece.
The future’s colour-full. The future’s a roller-coaster. The future’s CMYK.
Tomorrow’s apartments today
CMYK sits in an elevated location, with impressive views, on the side of a valley in the small, vibrant community of St George. Being just two miles east of all the attractions of Bristol’s cosmopolitan centre, CMYK’s futuristic style provides a wonderful contrast to the area’s historic rivers, canals, waterside and floating harbour.
St George has its own park, which has been transformed with a £1.2 million update that included a pavilion plus cricket and football pitches. Add this facility to the waterside towpaths and you have the perfect spot for chilling out or burning some serious energy. Run, walk or cycle. Your place, your pace.
CMYK gives you the best of both worlds, past and present. Do it all or do nothing at all. It’s up to you, if you’re up for it?
Brush up on life
Right on the edge of the action, just a couple of miles from Bristol’s renowned city centre, CMYK puts you in a place to live life to the full.
Bristol gives you the chance to shop until you’re ready to drop into one of the city’s many stylish bars, bistros, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs. We’re talking retail therapy on an impressive scale. Take the Cabot Circus shopping centre – over one million square feet of spending space, including House of Fraser’s newest anchor store, Harvey Nichols, as well as many others – from high street names to chic boutiques.
Fancy a funky and bohemian alternative? Then head to one of Bristol’s many markets. St Nicholas has been running since 1743 and offers historical architecture and vast variety.
If sport’s your thing, Bristol is home to two professional football teams, skating at the rink, swimming at the fully restored Lido, car racing at nearby Coombe Castle, climbing at Avon Gorge and golf courses in abundance.
Plus there’s more cultural attractions, including enviable music, theatre, history and art, than you could shake a conductor’s baton at. Choose from the harbour with the multi-award winning Brunel’s ss Great Britain, the Hippodrome, the Arnolfini contemporary art gallery, the City Gallery, the Bristol Industrial Museum, world cinema at the Watershed, Spike Island art centre and the Fleet Air Arm museum, to name a few.
City, coast and countryside connected
Completed in 1878 and around 2.5 miles from CMYK, Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station is not only the world’s oldest terminus but provides you with rail connections to just about every point of the compass. London, for example, is approximately one hour and forty five minutes away. Road connections around Bristol are also excellent, so there’s easy access to the M5 and M4 from CMYK.
Bristol International Airport is just 8 miles south of the city centre, with flights across the UK, Europe and North America.
